The newly tricked-out Ute, at its first public appearance–the Proteus Bikes CX Party. Party-goers were encouraged to “load the Ute” with meals for Moveable Feast clients by buying raffle tickets–every ticket bought equaled one client meal! The raffle prize was that super-soft wool jersey donated by Dirt Rag Magazine.

A closer look at the “moveable feast:”
- The tabletop from Ikea is ingeniously strapped onto the Ute’s cargo rack with industrial velcro straps fed through holes drilled in the tabletop’s under side.
- The placemats and table runner panels are also attached with velcro.
- The placesettings and candlesticks are all hot-glued to the ploacemats, so the whole look can easily be swapped out for different events and seasons. (Stay tuned for the Ute’s summertime gingham picnic outfit!)
