From Jim Brown: Riders for Junior Development Team Revel Consulting- Rad Racing Northwest barely had time to catch their breath after the close of cyclocross season before they were back out on their mountain and road bikes chalking up multiple podium finishes in the early season.

In February, David O’Brien kicked off the mountain bike season with a win in the U19 Expert Division at the first Budu Series race. 12-year-old phenom, Scott Funston, was on top of the U19 Sport Division at the same race. In March the U19 sport division was dominated by Revel-Rad riders with Tanner Patnode, Funston, and Kyle Sweeney sweeping the podium. Later that same month, Travis Luther and Ethan Casebolt landed on the podium in 1st and 3rd respectively in the U14 beginner race. It was the first mountain bike race for both of these young riders.
