Leogang in the Salzburger Land, May 7th 2012 – The FMB World Tour visits Leogang and therefore the mountain bike resort will host the world’s best dirt jump athletes. At the end of May, the Out of Bounds Festival takes place in the Bikepark Leogang and of course the 26TRIX fueled by Monster Energy from May 24th to 27th is an integral highlight of the event. Grant “Chopper” Fielder’s Bikes Stolen

STOLEN- Shot peened silver anodized with black decal team spec Kona Entourage DL and Supreme Operator bikes

1x small Kona Entourage with complete sram xo components, Easton havoc bar/stem and wheelset.

1x medium Kona Operator with complete sram xo components, Easton havoc bar/stem and wheelset, black rock shox world cup forks (no rear shock, just plastic bar)

1x Entourage frame was left in a box (probably didn’t see it) but all the boxes of components were taken which included all sram xo stuff with rock shox

Also my red Mini Moto CRF50 was taken along with my pressure washer and other personal none bike related stuff was taken too. even had a few cans of Monster for the road! Read More→

(Italy) Il lungo ponte del primo Maggio ha visto il Team Kona Bike Paradise e Simone Tassini protagonisti della mountain bike Toscana

Domenica 29 Aprile gran parte della squadra ha preso parte alla 9ª edizione della Gran Fondo di Chianciano Terme (SI), valida come terza prova del circuito Colline Toscane 2012.

Martedi primo Maggio invece si è svolta la Scarabonbike di Vaglia (FI), prima prova del campionato Toscano Mtb 2012.

Il risultato più prestigioso è arrivato proprio dalla prova di Vaglia dove un grande Simone Tassini ha vinto in solitaria, relegando al
secondo posto (staccato di oltre 3’) Gabriele Giuntoli (Scapin Factory Team). Terzo è arrivato Simone Lenzi (Asd Toscana Dynamo Pistoia).
Gli altri piazzamenti del team sono stati: Brunelli Gabriele (14°-5°A3), Tozzi Lamberto (18°-8°A3), Bistondi Giovanni (26°-6°A2), Tombelli Pierluigi (29°-8°A1). Read More→
