Do you want less congestion and more bike lanes in Metro Vancouver?

Kona was founded in Vancouver, BC and still operate there. We are passionate about commuting and cycle advocacy and with the upcoming spring transportation referendum, Metro Vancouver residents will get a rare opportunity to dramatically improve cycling in all municipalities, and to connect the regional cycling network.

From bikehub.ca

“A lot of big cities have massive congestion problems. We don’t need that here.

Between March 16th & May 29th, 2015, people in Metro Vancouver will be asked one question:

Do you support a new 0.5% Metro Vancouver Congestion Improvement Tax, to be dedicated to the Mayors’ Transportation and Transit Plan?

We have to build a transportation system that will keep people moving – move them more faster and more efficiently – so they can spend their time on more important things.

We have a decision to make – about the kind of region we want to live in. No takes us down a path to gridlock and delays.

YES opens the door a more livable future.”
