KONA EUROPE IS HIRING AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Kona Europe is looking for an organized, motivated and resourceful individual to work at our European Headquarters based in Monaco. This position supports our sales team, a high-energy dynamic division at Kona Europe.

We are looking for a team player, with a friendly can-do attitude!

Key Qualifications 

  • 2+ years experience preferably in the sports or tourism industries.
  • Native English speaker with fluent French and German. Other languages are a plus.
  • The ability to maintain attention to detail, prioritize tasks and independently manage time.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint.

Responsibilities include

  • Customer service
  • Follow up Customers orders 
  • Invoicing and general administration
  • Working closely with finance and sales teams to provide reports and follow up customer payments
  • Liaison between warranty service and clients
  • Follow up and handling of purchase orders
Joonas Vinnari You will work closely with Kona Dealers from all over Europe.
