Kona Europe is looking for an organized, motivated and resourceful individual to work at our European Headquarters based in Monaco. This position supports our sales team, a high-energy dynamic division at Kona Europe.
We are looking for a team player, with a friendly can-do attitude!
Key Qualifications
- 2+ years experience preferably in the sports or tourism industries.
- Native English speaker with fluent French and German. Other languages are a plus.
- The ability to maintain attention to detail, prioritize tasks and independently manage time.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint.
Responsibilities include
- Customer service
- Follow up Customers orders
- Invoicing and general administration
- Working closely with finance and sales teams to provide reports and follow up customer payments
- Liaison between warranty service and clients
- Follow up and handling of purchase orders
Duration: Full Time
