This weeks #TiTuesday comes to us all the way from Robert Vitek in Maryland and proclaims loudly that Singlespeeds are Dead. On first glance, his multi coloured Raijin‘s appearance hints at its “I don’t give a shit” single speed roots, but hidden underneath the stickers and technicolor parts choices lies a pretty snazzy and functional build. There’s a smattering of high quality parts from Thomson, Chris King, Nox wheels, E-Thirteen and even a custom Enzo Ferrari fender!
eThirteen’s TRSr cranks are mated with an Absolute Black oval chainring…
…and then the chain wraps around the always classic Chris King single speed rear hub.
More Chris King bling up front, this time holding the DT Swiss XMN 120mm fork firmly in place. Both front and rear wheels are Nox Skyline carbon hoops laced to Chris King hubs with Sapim Super spokes. Oh and theres that “custom” Enzo Ferrari fender.
And because you can never get enough of a Chris King hub!
Stopping is a looked after by a set of sleek XTR brakes.
And the cockpit is rounded out with every single speeders favorite Oury grips, mounted on a Tune Turnstage and a Thomson X4 Stem. And just in case you are wondering thats a KCNC Ti Pro Lite seatpost!
