Gregoire Pazdziorko once again dominated the junior classification in Malmedy (Belgium) for the 4th round of the Lotto DH1 series. An event hold on the popular local Bike Park, a race which was sold out pretty fast with riders from Benelux, Germany and France. Bike park means a fast and spectacular track. Gregoire threw some big whips during all week-end on the 4X style mid-section of the race. Nice way to conclude the season in style! “The race was close with six riders in the same second. It’s fun when you have such challenging races. Racing is growing fast in Belgium thanks to DH1,” said Pazadziorko, “I hope they will have some more surprises for us next year.”

Malmedy also marked the come back of Kristof Lenssens, three months after he broke his right leg and just a few weeks after removing the screws. Kristof didn’t had the right speed to get a result but managed to take a spot in the top 15.

Bertrand Gilles has some misfortune in Malmedy. Leading the series in the elite category before the race, the belgian champion scored a DNF after some mechanical problems. It is the first race of the season where Bertrand did not finish 1st or 2nd. He managed to take 2nd place in the series behind frenchman Raphael Robles.
