The penultimate round of the 2022 QUADRUPEL crown of the BWR series headed to Cedar City Utah this past weekend.
“After spending the last month getting ready for CX season I was interested to see how this 130 mile gravel race, at 6000ft, would go for me. While the course was rad and, in the usual fashion, BWR put on a good event, I struggled out there when the going got tough about 3 hours in, which was roughly halfway through. Turns out volume pays dividends when you are riding kind of hard for a long ass time! I finished up 18th, looking forward to giving these big races one more shot this year in Kansas in just three weeks’ time.”
