Kerry Werner has won the legendary Pisgah Stage race twice and has three more top-five results under his belt. Yesterday he start his campaign for the third win at the prestigious east coast event. Here is his VLOG from Day 1.
“Stage 1 was a Pinner stage 15.5 miles of lots of flow trail and double track/gravel. A lead group of three crossed the line together at 1:08 with a contender for the win suffering from a flat tire. Tyler Clark, second place on the day, is not racing the full stage race so technically I finished 2nd with Cypress Gory just 1 sec up. The week is wide open!”
Kerry has parked his truck up for the week and is using his DewE DL to get to the event start each day! We love it!
