This stunning example of a Process belongs to Lenexa, KS based ripper Jordan Scheiderich. Jordan grew up racing BMX (he even raced two seasons in A-Pro). After relocating to the midwest his new friends got him into racing enduro. 2020 would have been his third season if it wasn’t for Covid-19. Last year I was racing a hardtail setup mullet and took second overall in the Arkansas Enduro Series in the Pro class, so I was looking forward to racing some EWS regionals and some BME races this year.

After talking to my local shop that I ride/race for (Velo+ In Lenexa KS) I decided that I wanted to build up a 27.5 process CR/DL and set it up Mullet 29/27.5. This is my XC, enduro race, and freeride bike. It gets ripped everywhere including dirt jumps, skate parks, and BMX tracks.

Kicking things off with the drive train, Jordan has gone with an eThirteen LG1R 165mm crankset fitted with a Wolftooth CAMO 34t elliptical chainring. An MRP SXg guide keeps the chain in place throughout the roughest terrain.
Out the back, you’ll find a SRAM XX1 rear derailleur and match XX1 cassette.

How about these forks! They are Rockshox Lyrik RC2’s which now have all the bells and whistles of the new ultimate forks. Jordan also recently polished the lowers which look amazing.

The rear shock Super Deluxe has been upgraded with Rock Shox’ MegNeg air can for more bottom-out resistance.
Up in the cockpit, you’ll find a Tag Metals T1 Carbon bar cut to 760 with a matching Tag Metals stem. The brakes are SRAM Guide RSC’s.
Those Guide RSC’s pull up on Hope floating rotors, a 203 up front and 180 rear.
The rims are TripXbikes carbon hoops which Jordan has been testing for a couple of years, they’re a BMX rim company and the owner Jared Jung wanted to venture into the MTB arena. The rims are laced to a set of 3+ year old Onyx hubs. the hoops are shod in Teravail Honcho 2.6 tires front and rear.
Is it even a dream build if it doesn’t have a OneUp EDC tool?

A Wolf Tooth lever operates a Tag Metals dropper post, an SQ Labs 611 Ergowave saddle provides all the comfort needed.
