Kona Ambassador Ben Gerrish has finished building this 2023 Process X, we are pretty sure it the first custom dream build built on a production Process X alloy frame and boy does his build do this thing justice! It began life as a stock Process X less than two weeks ago but has seen almost a total parts overhaul with bits from Ben’s other sponsors like Hope and Teravail. Dig in for more details and a ton of juicy photos.

Ben thought It would be rude not utilize the bikes UDH and opted for SRAM GX AXS Transmission rear derailleur, that’s combined with a set of Hope 155mm cranks up front.
