Jacob Mullen AKA Jcup manages Prince George, BC-based Kona dealer Ruckus. He travels Canada (and the rest of the world) rippin’ and coaching up a storm, in fact, you may remember him from this absolutely mental clip at Williams Lake, BC last summer. He just built up a new Process X CR and fired us through these epic shots and a full build list to dig into.

“Ever since I had a Process 165, I thought it was the best bike ever! Well, the best bike ever just got even better. The Process X is incredibly rad with the Marzocchi Z1 Coil Fork and the Bomber CR out back keeping things glued. This bike is a monster truck and I can’t get enough of it! With the carbon frame and the large amount of carbon also coming from Race Face, it is a precision machine. I’m very stoked to have it as my daily driver, whether it’s ripping laps with the crew or coaching and guiding, it is always the first choice.”

A Raceface Next R 175mm carbon crankset (with booties) gets things moving, and DMR Vaults ensure feet are well and truly glued to the pedals.

The rest of the drivetrain is a Shimano affair with an XT chain, derailleur and cassette keeping things shifting smooth.

For suspension, Jcup has opted for coil front and rear. Up front you’ll find a Marzocchi Bomber Z1 coil matched with Marzocchi Bomber CR w/ Sprindex 500lbs (adjustable rate) spring.

In the cockpit, you’ll find more carbon from Race Face in the Next S bars, it is held in place by a Race Face Turbine R Kash Money stem complete with a OneUp EDC tool, while Sensus Disisdabos grips ensure that those hands aren’t slipping. Shimano XT brakes match up with the drivetrain. A Race Face Turbine R dropper post and WTB Volt saddle complete the cockpit.

Custom gold metallic vinyl diecuts add a touch of individuality and class.
