Temps are dropping, and flakes are flying! There are so many unique aspects to riding late in the season that I love; the crunchy half-frozen dirt, the freezing cold puddles, spicy roots, slippery leaves, and of course the HOWLING of wet and cold brakes haha! Riding in the late fall / early winter sometimes can be a challenge as it’s usually cold, wet, and dark (the perfect recipe to stay home and hibernate).

I try my best to force myself to get out a few extra times in November-December and I never regret it! It’s always so much fun to get out and enjoy the super crisp air and get tossed around by the frozen roots and leaves! Here are some shots from my last riding session of the year in Rossland before the thick white blanket of snow engulfed the trails!
