The kids are alright. Better than alright. In fact, they’re so incredibly talented that we had to make a bike to keep up with the insane progression the groms are throwing on the trails these days. The Process 24 pulls cues from the adult-sized bikes and is ready to rip the local singletrack or the bike park’s rowdiest lines. The Process 24 gets an updated fork with the Manitou Machete J Unit and 120mm travel, making it ready for hits big and small. A Shimano Deore 1x drivetrain and brakes make for excellent control up and down the hill.
When we made the Honzo, we knew this would be a bike people would want to ride forever. Since we all grow out of kids’ bikes, we figured we’d make a kids’ Honzo that was as cool as the version their parents ride. We redesigned the Honzo 24 to fit wider 2.6” Vee Tire Crown Gem tires to boost traction. We beefed up the fork to Suntour’s XCM Boost 80mm to provide a little extra squish. We also added a QR hub to the rear wheel for easier maintenance.
The Honzo 20 is for the mini ripper who has no problem keeping up with the older sibling and needs a bike that rides hard too! A redesigned frame fits wider 20×2.6” Vee Tire Crown Gem tires, making it easier to roll over obstacles on the trail. QR hubs keep tube swaps easy, and a Suntour XCT DS Plus 60mm fork keeps the ride nice and plush. The Honzo 20 will have your grom taking over the neighborhood in no time!
The 24” Hula is designed for the kid that’s a bit too tall for the 20” Makena, is quickly progressing their skills and is moving up in the neighborhood shred ranks. Running 2.6” tires ensures maximum traction. The wheels are laced to QR hubs for ease of use. A 1x drivetrain for simple shifting, a 28-tooth chainring for easy pedaling and kid-friendly geometry make the Hula the perfect bike to grow up with.
