Kona Europe is seeking a full-time employee to work in our EU marketing department based in Monaco, MC. This is a great way to get your foot in the door. The right candidate will be willing to assist our marketing efforts as needed as well as focus heavily in specific areas of the department including events, newsletters and dealer trainings. We have a strong team, but we need someone on the ground willing to learn the ropes and help us get more of our projects across the finish line and out into the world for everyone to experience. Like most marketing jobs, this one is fluid, so the right candidate needs to be willing to learn on the fly and be cool with flexibility as tasks and roles evolve.
Key Candidate Attributes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, French and German.
- Good understanding of WordPress/Divi, Mailchimp, Instagram, Facebook and other social media products.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office products.
- Experience working with multiple internal departments to resolve issues or implement new procedures.
- Thorough understanding of bicycle terminology.
- Willingness to learn through experience and develop new systems to manage and share information.
- Attention to detail and ability to articulate details.
- Project management experience and skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Experienced with remote work environments.

- Work hand to hand with the EU Marketing Manager.

- Dealer Newsletters drafting.

- Clothing and merchandise program assistance in coordination with Kona World.
