10 year old UK Kona Grassroots rider Kenzie Nevard headed to Kent this weekend with his Stinky 24 for race two of DH Freeriders. With masses of rain over night it was going to be an interesting race. Despite the conditions it was a good fast track,  with a sandy top layer to soak up the wet and give grip!

Kenzie was first down the hill with an impressive 1:11:04 and then an even faster second run at 1:09:19.

The track was drying out so times were getting faster and riders pushing harder. Kenzie went up for his third and final run, he looked good and fast. He came into the first corner on the inside line, pushing a bit too hard, he missed the rut and went down and got at bit tangled up which cost him 20 seconds. He put down a time of 1:26:81.  So the 1:09.19 was good enough for 1st place again!
