Conrad Davies is an ex-pat South African living in Germany with his family running a bike park. He’s no stranger to the Kona Dream Builds pages, his daughter’s custom painted Process 24 showed up most recently. Well today it’s Dad’s with his out-there patriotic coil-sprung Process 134.

Let’s kick things off with the drivetrain. Shifting is taken care of with Shimano’s 11 speed XTR Di2, combined with an E-Thirteen 11-46 cassette,  the cranks are XT’s and the oval 32t chainring is from South African brand CSixx. The compact carbon chain guide is also from CSixx. You can’t see the ultra-reliable Wheels Manufacturing press-fit Ceramic BB.

Shimano’s compact D12 display tucks in next to the 35mm Spank stem. OneUp’s EDC tool sneaks in under Conrad’s Garmin Kedge mount.

The suspension is a Fox affair, with a Float 34 Performance 140mm looking after the front end.

And a Fox DHX2 Factory with 500lbs spring looking after the rear.

There’s a whole lotta CSixx on this bike and there’s a little more in the cockpit. The Shimano XTR Trail brakes are mounted on a 800mm wide CSixx 9Series bar with ESI foam grips. The Headset is a Cane Creek 40 ZS

The wheels are CSixx END29 rims laced to DT Swiss 240 hubs, white Onza Porcupines in 2.4 provide traction. Like the suspension, the dropper post is from Fox and is a 170mm Transfer.
