Devin Cutter‘s sweet, sweet Shonky popped up in our Instagram feed the other day and we knew we just had to check it out in more detail. Devin seemed unsure as to whether it was rad enough to pass the dream build test. The fact is if you have any Profile Racing parts on your build, well the answer is going to be yes!

Devin has opted for the tried and true Rock Shox Pike DJ fork up front. The drivetrain is a BMX inspired affair with a set of Profile Racing 165mm (Gun drill hollow spindle) combined with a Profile Racing Spline Drive 28T chain ring. Out back there isĀ  Hope Pro 4 SS hub with a 13t cog. The bike rolls on Spank Spike Team edition wheels and a pair of Maxxis Ikon 2.2″ tires.

There is just something about those beautiful three-piece Profile Racing cranks.

Upfront you’ll find another Hope Pro 4 hub.

The handlebar is a Deity Highside and is rocking a whopping 50mm of rise, the grips are ODI longnecks and braking comes from Shimano courtesy from an SLX stopper.
The Helm stem is also from the folks at Profile Racing, the front end is completed with a Cane Creek 40.
And the final touche on the build comes in the form of a Deity Frisco Pivotal saddle that matches the Deity Pyston Pivotal seat post.
