Up/Down Magazine has just reviewed our Honzo ESD…and you can’t go wrong when there’s a trail dog and an Extra Slack hardtail in the mix! You can get your copy of the magazine here.

The Kona ESD shows that a fully isn’t always needed to ride gnarly trails. The bike is well designed and has the right components that contribute to a capable bike. The frame is already a good base, and future upgrades to the bike are easy. It’s not the first bike to get up the hill, but definitely offers the most fun coming down, and that’s what it’s meant for!

About the Honzo ESD

If Mad Max rode a bike, it would be the Honzo ESD. It’s part Honzo, part monster, and with geometry that inspired the Process X, it’s made for those who want to punish the trails. A steel frame holds a Marzocchi Bomber Z1 fork with 150mm of travel. It’s got strong 4-piston brakes, grippy Maxxis rubber, and a headtube badge that will scare your children at night. This is the Warrior of the Wasteland. Discover all the Honzo ESD features here.
