KONA AMBASSADOR APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED FOR 2023

It’s that time of year again! We are now accepting applications to the Kona Ambassador Program. Our program differs from other brands for a few reasons:

-We put a strong emphasis on storytelling, creativity, and community integration.
-You do not need to be a pro-level rider to apply.
-Social media is cool, but it’s not everything. We want to know the full you, not just your curated self.
-You DO have to be willing to put in some work. This program loves to highlight riders that want to tell cool and unique stories!
-We offer killer deals on bikes as well as practical support to bring projects to life. This means we can help you find a filmer, photographer, artist/illustrator, or writer.
-We HIGHLY encourage collaboration among our ambassadors. They’re spread out all over the world so you’ve got friends all over the globe!
We try to get together a few times a year so people can meet the people behind Kona and the other riders.

How the program works: Every other month or so we’ll be in touch with project ideas and prompts. The goal is to get riders out doing cool rides and sharing their experiences with the world. We want everyone that sees what our ambassadors are doing to find it inspiring, relatable, or intriguing. Projects can be weird, they can be quirky, but they always have to have meaning. We feel strongly that EVERY ride is worth it, and want to convey that message in everything we do.

Kona Ambassador Applications are now Closed for 2023:

-Please keep your answers on the shorter side. We are interested in you but we love it when responses aren’t pages long. If we want to know more, we’ll reach out.
-Please answer every question.  No exceptions.
-If you have samples of your creative work, please include attachments so we can see what kind of work you like to do.
