Here it is – a vlog featuring some prep for Unbound, some in-race footage, and a recap. long vlog for a long race! Not the usual footage on this one for a few reasons. I was SUPER stressed, hard to get footie when I am doing stuff while carrying 1-2 laptops around. Need to find out how to balance all of this. Also, in race? I am not Kerry and I don’t wear a GoPro on my head, and I didn’t want one mounted to me all day, so it was hard to pull it out for footage. Harder than you may think. Honestly, I felt super good with this race, and hopefully, it gives me enough confidence to keep doing well~ I moved up into 9th in the lifetime grand prix, so let’s keep that up! – Becca Fahringer
I arrived in Emporia on Wednesday. I got the expo space for Bikeflights setup then it was full on through the weekend and into the next trip. This was my first time at Unbound. It is still too early to say if it will be my last. Regardless, I had fun connecting with friends and lots of excited people that swung by the tent. Thanks for popping by and saying hi if you did. If you didn’t make sure you do at the next one, which for me will be Leadville.
