Lewis and Clark Bike Shop Service Manager Ethan Gibbs built up this absolutely mint Process 153 CR/DL to be his daily driver. He got into mountain biking recently and his first bike was a Kona Honzo, after three months his undefeatable mindset unfortunately got the best of him and Ethan broke his collarbone on it. At that time a co-worker who had bought this 2019 Process 153 CR/DL 27.5 frame but never had the time or money to build it had to sell it and Ethan scooped it up. So while his collarbone was broken he was ordering parts and building this bike. So far it’s been an absolutely incredible bike, it’s taken everything he’s thrown at it and plans to ride it into the ground.

For the drivetrain Ethan opted for SRAM GX Eagle XG-1275 Cassette, SRAM GX AXS derailleur, and a TruVativ Descendant Carbon Eagle Crankset. The tires are Maxxis Minion DHF front and rear, and the valve stems are Muc-off oil-slick.

He’s running a DT Swiss E1900 wheel in the rear and a WTB ST i35 wheel in the front. The pedals are PNW Components Range Composite Pedals Seafoam in teal. Ethan is also running aabsoluteBLACK Taco Bashguard.

For stopping power Ethan got Magura MT7 HC3 Disc Brakes with 203mm rotors.

Ethan went for a Rockshox Lyirk Ultimate fork for this rig.

In the cockpit you’ll find an Industry 9 A35 stem, FSA orbit headset, and a Whisky No.9 354 handlebar.

Up front you’ll find PNW comments grips in teal as well as Magura brake levers.
