Everett Moore built up this Rove to cruise the back roads of Vermont, which is still his favorite thing to do, but CO forest service roads are quickly becoming a favorite too. He rode the VT Overland for the first time last year, and will be back again this year. For the beginning of this bike’s life, most of its time was spent on VT backroads, but since he moved out to Summit County, CO last fall, this Rove spends more time on high mountain pass missions. Let’s dive into what makes this Rove an all mountain machine….

Everett is runing a Wolf Tooth chainring with a gold KMC chain

Everett is running Paul Klamper brakes, he “loves the way the purple livens things up a bit and you can’t beat the performance!”

The frame is rolling on 25 rim in the back with I9 Torch hub, and a 27 rim in the front with a Dt Swiss 240, Muc-off gold tubeless valves help tie the wheelset in with the rest of the bike.

The Cedaero bags are a homage to the northwoods of Minnesota where Everett spent 10 Summers working for Outward Bound. Brooks bar tape helps it have a lux feel. There is also a OneUp EDC pump/tool mounted to the front bottle cage.

Overall this bike is a go anywhere, do anything workhorse. In the summer Everett rides it to work on the bike path a couple times a week, take it into town for errands or concerts, ride big days over mountain passes, and bring it back to VT for the Overland and the VT dirt roads that it loves more than anything.
