We’ve shown you Kona Factory Rider Eddie Reynolds’s amazing Process 153 27.5 build that he uses to get jibby on his local trails with, but now it’s time to check out his custom Process 134 dual slalom bike.

Eddie started with a stock Process 134 DL 27.5 frame and stripped back ready for a custom black paint job. For those eagle-eyed of you out there, the downtube decal is borrowed from the Honzo ESD. Eddie rides for Shimano so the drive is a big blue affair, XTR cranks up front are matched with a short cage Saint rear derailleur and a 10 spd Ultegra cassette.

For suspension, Eddie is running a 27.5 Marzocchi Bomber Z1 with 140mm of travel. The hoops are 27.5 ENVE AM rims laced to Chris King centre-lock hubs wrapped in Maxxis Minion DHF.

Rear Damping duties are handled by a Marzocchi Bomber Air

Stopping power is provided by a set of Shimano XTR brakes with 180mm rotors front and rear. The cockpit is a Deity affair with Speedway bars and Knuckleduster grips.

The braking is taken care of with the stock Code RSC’s. The lock-on grips are from ODI.

Deity’s pivotal Frisco dirt jump saddle, Pyston pivotal post and seat clamp complte the cockpit.

The partially polished rear link and custom one-off paint job really set Eddie’s bike apart from a stock Process 134.

Oh and we almost forgot, Eddie sports Deity’s TMac pedals to keep his feet exactly where he needs them when smashing berms and gates!
