Last Thursday we brought you part 1 in Noah Peach‘s quiver of Kona Dream Builds, today we’d like to present the Pedal Driven employees well-sorted little (it’s a size small) Process 134 CR DL. The build is based around some color-matched Fox suspension, with a Fox DPX2 Performance Elite shock in the rear and a 140mm Fox Performance 34 (with MRP ramp control) fork up front.

The drivetrain is a mostly Shimano affair with an XTR shifter moving an XTR chain up and down an XTR cassette, The cranks however are 170mm Truvativ Stylo carbon cranks with a 34t Absolute Black oval chainring.

That MRP Ramp Control dial.

Deity Skywire carbon bars kick things off in the cockpit, a Deity Copperhead stem holds everything in place and a Cane Creek Hellbender headset ensures it will be spinning smoothly for years to come. At the contact points, you’ll find a set of ODI Dreadlock grips and some sexy orange Hopetech V2 E4 brakes. A Rock Shox Reverb dropper post with Fabric Scoop saddle completes the cockpit.

Those Hopetech V2 E4 levers a mated to matching anodized orange calipers and floating rotors.

The wheels are WTB i30 KOM rims laced to DT Swiss 350 hubs (the rear sporting a 54t star ratchet upgrade), They are shot with Maxxis tires, an Assegai up front, and a Minion DHR out the back.

OneUp’s EDC tool is tucked nicely away inside the bike’s steerer.

Muc-Off valves and Orange Seal sealant complete the build.
