At 5’11” and 240 lbs Sean is no spring chicken. When he gets rolling (especially downhill) his weight has been a problem on other brands of bikes but his new custom 2020 Process 153 CR DL feels super solid and gives him plenty of confidence to bomb descents. “I thank you Kona for building a frame that feels like it’s been built for the bigger rider, even if that wasn’t the intention you pulled it off! I will definitely be a KONA rider for life”. Sean couldn’t have put this epic Dream Build together without the help of Tim and Gene at Southwest Bikes in Las Vegas, Nevada, together they built this absolutely stunning bike.

Sean’s frame up Dream Build has seen some pretty fancy stuff in the mix. Like this very tuneable Fox Factory Float X2 rear shock.

Up front Sean’s gone all matchy matchy with a sexy set of Fox Factory 36’s in 170mm.

Cleary sparing no exspense Sean opted for a complete Industry 9 Enduro S Hydra wheel set. Stopping is taken care of with a set of SRAM Code RSC’s

While the Drivetrain in the picture is SRAM XO, Sean has a new XO AXS kit on order and will be upgrading it soon. The Handlebar is a Deity Speedtrap and thats mounted on Deity Copperhed 35 Stem. The Seatpost is Fox’s Transfer post and you’ll find Deity Speedtrap saddle sitting on top.
